Our UK Automation Show 2027 admission policy.
- Entry to the UK Automation Show 2027 is restricted to pre-registered visitors, visitors who register on the day, and exhibitor badge holders.
- Canvassing exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Anyone found canvassing will be asked to leave the exhibition.
- Visitors should be involved in, or have a professional interest in, automation or related industries.
- Badges are non-transferable and must only be worn by the person to whom they are issued. Failure to comply may result in both the badge holder and the individual wearing the badge being removed from the event.
- Anyone found to have obtained a visitor or exhibitor badge through theft, deception or any other unlawful means may be refused entry or asked to leave the event.
- All attendees should carry a valid form of photo identification, such as a passport, photo driving licence, national identity card or other identification acceptable to the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to request proof of identity at any time.
- Due to the presence of live working machinery, no one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the UK Automation Show 2027.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the event and venue, anyone who fails to comply with this admission policy, who is reasonably considered likely to breach these rules, or who is prohibited from attending under any applicable laws or regulations.
- Press accreditation is available to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and bloggers covering the automation industry. Applicants may be required to complete an application form and provide suitable accreditation, such as a recognised press or media card, NUJ card, business card, a letter from their editor, or an official website demonstrating their editorial role. Applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted.
- Official photographers and videographers will be present throughout the UK Automation Show 2027. By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that photographs and video footage may be taken in which they appear. The Organisers reserve the right to use such material for the promotion and marketing of the UK Automation Show and future events.
